Description

The Glashütte Original 70s “Vinyl Record” translates the distinctive aesthetic of the 1970s into a watch with contemporary proportions. Its gently rounded square stainless steel case measures 39 × 39 mm and frames a galvanised black dial whose satin finish recalls the surface of a vinyl record. A fine hexagonal structure creates lively reflections across the dial, while the hour and minute hands and indexes are crafted from solid white gold.

Limited to 500 pieces worldwide, the watch is powered by the self-winding Manufacture calibre 36-10, black rhodium-plated to complement the dark aesthetic of the dial. Operating at 4 Hz, it delivers a generous 100-hour power reserve and incorporates a silicon balance spring. The watch comes with two straps, one in stainless steel and the other in black rubber, both equipped with the new patented “Groove Lock” system for quick, tool-free changes.
