Like all business sectors, the luxury goods sector is undergoing a revolution, and the global pandemic has only confirmed this trend. In an ultra-connected world where immediacy is the norm and relationships are increasingly digital, we aim to celebrate the timelessness of luxury watches, jewellery and accessories and to share with you both the craftsmanship and the stories - big and small - behind these exceptional creations. We want to celebrate our 'physical reality', both online and in-store, by focusing on awakening the five senses and the experiences we can offer you.

WHERE WE COME FROM

Since 1964 and the opening of the first Les Ambassadeurs store in Geneva, we have made customer service an absolute priority. Everything we do contributes to ensuring that the jewellery and watch collectors, connoisseurs and lovers who pass through our doors - whether they be in Geneva, Zurich, Lucerne - and visit our online stores enjoy a unique experience. This is how our customers become our Ambassadors. With this unique service provided by a team of experts, also called "Ambassadors", and an offer made up of timeless creations and new products from the most beautiful watch, jewellery and luxury accessory brands, our stores aim to be truly enchanting destinations.

WHAT WE DO

We present ourselves as a modern-day storyteller, highlighting the core characteristics of our partner companies in a constantly changing environment. Just like a theatre, our physical and online stores offer a different set and scenario for each visit in order to generate original experiences and "moments" to share. This invitation to discover and explores is portrayed through themes, all of which begin with an order, a real motto, "TIME TO BE". The very first theme for our opening was entitled "Time to be surprised" and was produced in partnership with the Joaillier du Temps, Boucheron. To create this magical spell, we rely on our partner companies, whose past, present and desired future provide us with fertile ground for creativity. This is how our Stories, in which you play the main role, come into being.
