Description

The Breguet Tradition Retrograde Seconds 7038 combines the collection’s signature exposed mechanical architecture with a jewellery-focused execution. Its 37 mm case is crafted from rhodium-plated 18K white gold, while the bezel is set with 58 brilliant-cut diamonds. For the first time in the Tradition collection, Breguet uses a black aventurine glass dial, enhanced by delicate silver-toned powdered transfers. The exposed movement architecture highlights the central barrel, whose cover features a distinctive sunburst guilloché decoration.

The watch is powered by the self-winding Breguet 505 SR calibre, operating at 3 Hz and providing a 50-hour power reserve. Its signature complication is a retrograde seconds display. The sapphire caseback reveals the gold oscillating weight and the movement finishing. A textile strap completes the watch, paired with an 18K white gold pin buckle set with 25 brilliant-cut diamonds.
